Richard & Shalom Shoaf

Richard Shoaf focuses largely on Safety & CBRNE Response. He served 15 years in emergency response at the federal & local levels. In private practice he has broadened his work to all areas of safety and emergency response. 
Shalom Shoaf focuses on high angle, EMS and hazardous materials. She is heavily active in her community public safety and emergency preparedness efforts including being a member of FEMA Missouri US&R Task Force 1 and the State Incident Management Team.
